Our 30-day money-back guarantee gives you peace of mind that our services will meet the expectations set out in the TOS. To the maximum extent applicable under national law and without affecting your rights as a consumer, the money-back guarantee is your sole and exclusive remedy should our services fail to meet the expectations set out in this TOS.

30 Days Policy

Money will be refunded if the products are not as described…

If you cancel within 30 days, you only receive a full refund on your Shared hosting services. The money-back guarantee does not apply to most add-on products, such as domains, given the unique nature of their costs.
If you cancel within 30 days and your plan includes a free domain, ecHOST will deduct a non-refundable domain fee (Regular Domain Registration Cost) from your refund. This not only covers our costs but ensures that you won’t lose your domain name. You may transfer it to another registrar or point it elsewhere at your convenience.

Please note that newly registered domains cannot be transferred to another registrar during the first 60 days of the registration period. You retain domain ownership until the end of its registration period unless you renew it.

ecHOST does not offer any refunds for cancellations that occur after 30 days.

There are no refunds on dedicated servers. The thirty (30) day money-back guarantee does not apply to dedicated servers.

14 Days Policy

Money back is provided for all Managed/Un Managed or Cloud Servers subscribed for 6 Months or more. Only the users who cancel the service within 14 days of purchase are eligible for a refund. The refund will be processed through the same payment method deducting the activation fee and payment gateway charges to cover our costs.

Monthly Subscriptions:

Monthly subscription plans are not eligible for refunds. This is because setup fees, provisioning costs, and operational resources are incurred at the time of activation. We encourage users opting for monthly plans to fully review the service features before purchasing.

We may update our Return & Refund policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
