WHMCS Client Area is your central hub to manage hosting services, billing, and support. Knowing how to use it makes managing your ecHOST account easier and faster.

1️⃣ Managing Services #

  • Access all your active hosting services in one place

  • View plan details:

    • Hosting type (Shared, VPS, Reseller)

    • Plan limits (disk space, bandwidth)

    • Next renewal date

  • Perform actions:

    • Upgrade/Downgrade plan

    • Change billing cycle

    • Suspend/terminate services (if needed)

Steps:

  1. Log in to Client Area

  2. Go to Services → My Services

  3. Click on your active plan

  4. Manage your plan as needed

📌 All changes are reflected immediately or by the next billing cycle, depending on the action.

2️⃣ Opening Support Tickets #

Support tickets are the fastest way to get technical or billing help.

Steps to open a ticket:

  1. Log in to Client Area

  2. Go to Support → Open Ticket

  3. Select department (Billing, Technical, General)

  4. Enter subject & detailed description

  5. Submit ticket

📌 Tickets are tracked; you can reply & monitor status anytime.

3️⃣ Viewing Orders & Invoices #

Keep track of all purchases and payments from your Client Area.

Steps:

  1. Go to Orders → My Orders

    • View active, pending, or cancelled orders

  2. Go to Billing → Invoices

    • View, download, or pay invoices

    • Check due dates, pro-rated charges, and payment history
